1. The term ‘Stirasthi’ used in this document and documents refers to the services provided by the ‘Stirasthi realty services’, Hyderabad, which is having the rights of registration and provides the services of the stirasthi.com website.
2. These Terms and conditions shall apply on all registered members/ unregistered users of stirasthi.com services.
3. If you deny any of the mentioned terms and conditions mentioned herin in the privacy policy of stirasthi, you are NOT granted rights to use stirasthi.com services and should not register as a member.
4. Stirasthi.com reserves the right to alter, change, correct, update the Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy without any prior notice. By default, the use of Stirasthi.com confirms your acceptance of revised policy.
5. Stirasthi never interested or participate in any legal, statutory, civil, legal, revenue matter of the sponsors, advertisers, customers in any manner, and will not be a party to deal legal, revenue, financial and statutory matters... So you are requested to check/confirm before having any agreement, understanding, and deal, buy any property or properties of them.
6. stirasthi.com, reserves the right to withdraw partly/wholly, without mentioning any reason/reasons, any of stirasthi services or products without any notice.
7. Stirasthi is the sole authority to assign this agreement, and all rights and obligations hereunder, to a successor to all or any of its assets, whether by sale, merger or otherwise. These terms shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective representatives, heirs, administrators, successors and permitted agents except as otherwise provided herein.
8. The use of this site constitutes agreement between you and the Stirasthi to hold Stirasthi and its sponsors, owners or employees harmless against any and all claims related any errors or omissions or to the opinions expressed herein by the others.
you, the user/member of Stirasthi services, agree not to:
1. Remove any trade mark, water marks, copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in any material copied, downloaded or printed off from Stirasthi website.
2. Any breach of security or authentication mechanisms of stirasthi website and servers.
3. Access Stirasthi website data in an automated manner by the use of any software programs.
4. Copy, distribute, download, display, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any data or material contained in Stirasthi website except as permitted.
5. Resell any data obtained from Stirasthi to third parties.
6. Access data which is not meant for you or logon to an account or server you are not authorized.
7. Use Stirasthi services to send unsolicited promotional messages and impair its functioning.
The user/subscriber is restricted/prohibited from posting/sharing on Stirasthi website information that:
1. The user/subscriber does not have any right to use, reproduce, or distribute any data mentioned in website.
2. Violate any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of stirasthi of its advertisers/customers.
3. Is misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent in nature.
4. Is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, mislead, fraudulent, pornographic, or racially, ethnically objectionable, or discriminatory in terms of religion, caste, creed, gender, etc.
5. Corrupt or misleads about the origin of such messages or communication, or impersonates any person or firm or organisation.
You will become a member of Stirasthi.com and using Stirasthi.com services, and agree to receive communication from stirasthi.com. You confirm that, you do not have any objection to receive messages, intimations, updates, mails and calls from stirasthi. Customers and clients of stirasthi.com. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
Payments against services provided by Stirasthi.com are on a 100% advance basis. Payments made to Stirasthi services are non-refundable. stirasthi provides its services on a best effort basis without any guarantee of service availability and time. In any case, the liability stirasthi is limited to refund of payment by the subscriber only. Stirasthi undertakes no liability for any service.
You can cancel stirasthi.com services anytime by contacting us through the “Contact” page on our website. However, you will not be entitled to any refund for any amount paid by you, even if the services have not been fully rendered by us.
Since Stirasthi.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods (i.e. advertising services), we do not issue refunds once the order has been successfully placed and appropriate advertising services/resources have been added to customer’s account.
However, we realize that there may be some exceptional circumstances where a refund may be appropriate. Stirasthi.com may, at its sole discretion, may provide pro-rated refunds for services that have not been not fully rendered.
Stirasthi Services are provided to users/subscribers on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis. Users/subscribers accept all risks of use, quality, condition, design, and suitability.
All matters relating to Stirasthi and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and in any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Hyderabad, India.
